  1.     This command lets you "whisper" a message privately to just one user.  The
  2. user you are sending a whisper to must be in the same chat channel as you.

  4.     There are two forms of this command:  short and long.  Both function the
  5. same way.  An example usage of each is as follows:

  7. WHISPER TO <username> <text>
  8. /<username> <text>
  9.  
  10.     The first line is the long form, and the second is the short.  In both
  11. forms, <username> is the name of any user in your chat channel.  You need only
  12. type the first n characters, where n is the number of characters that will
  13. distinguish the user's name from all of the other users in the same chat
  14. channel as you.  <text> is the message you want to "whisper" to the user.  If
  15. <username> is valid and the user has not forgotten you with the FORGET command,
  16. the <text> will be sent to the specified user, and only that user.
